Matt Schwartz Chief Executive Officer

Born in Chicago. Reared in Indianapolis. Raised on basketball. Matt is the CEO of Virgo. Matt is responsible for establishing Virgo’s strategic vision, guiding the development of its cloud-based video recording platform, and leading its customers to be ever-more successful through their use of Virgo.

David Guaraglia Chief Technology Officer

David is the CTO and technical co-founder of Virgo. A San Franciscan by way of Argentina and Brazil, David brings a vast worldview and unparalleled skills as a full-stack developer to the team. He is responsible for the execution and creation of Virgo’s solutions-from hardware all the way to software.

Ian Strug Chief Customer Officer

Ian brings a career in healthcare technology to Virgo, where he is the Chief Customer Officer. As CCO, Ian drives Virgo’s go-to-market strategy and works with world-class academic medical centers and private practices to enable video capture as a true value driver.

Troy O'Neal

Troy O’Neal is a software developer and hardware expert at Virgo. Troy is a self-described tinkerer, and his RSI is likely the outcome of coding since he was 8 years old. Troy first found he loved engineering at a young age when he realized the power of software and hardware engineering to do make incredible progress in short periods of time.

Ryon Sabouni

Ryon Sabouni joins Virgo fresh from the computer science program at UC Berkeley, where he spent time working with large companies like Dropbox as well as supporting smaller student-run initiatives. A native of Orange County, Ryon can’t wait to go fishing once he pushes some new features to production.

Sam Fufa

Sam Fufa is from Ethiopia and has been programming from a young age. Before moving to the US, Sam worked for the Ethiopian government as a software developer. Now, Sam is the youngest at Virgo and is an integral part of Virgo’s engineering team. In his spare time he works on his own software projects and goes to college.
